Remember Your Roots

If you look closely, within the roots of the tree are the words “Remember your roots”. On one of the branches sits a single bird representing my Nanny (Grandmother) who has passed. 

For me this tattoo reminds me of where I came from, and the family that has helped make me the person I am today.

This was my second tattoo. It sits on my left hip and starts just above my wasteline. I got it at True Tattoo in Saratoga, New York and my artist was Ashley… she does great work!
